Hey!
For a multiple evaporation process i need the heat capacities of a sucrose - water mixture. I am searching for tables or formulas to calculate the heat capacity at constant pressure for different concentrations and different temperatures.

Could somebody please help me?

Thanks

I already found this before, but the results seem to be incorrect for my calculations.

Arent there any tables in books or available in the internet?

I know the webmaster of the Sugar Engineers' Library personally and I am sure that we would really appreciate it if you could tell him if there is anything wrong with the data on his site. If anybody has access to any other data it is him, so write to him via the contact menu option on the web site and explain your concern over the data and he will most likely be able to sort it out.
