You don't use a central heating system to heat up pool water.
Google "pool heating systems" and you should get plenty of info.

the installation already exists for heating.
i want to know how to calculate the heat exchanger for pool for this installation or heat exchanger (water/water)

25 C is too cold for most pool activities. Is this a homework problem? Policy states, "Students are not allowed to post homework problems in the Eng-Tips forums for the purpose of getting answers to their homework. This is considered cheating. Good luck,

Chromolax and some of the other heat trace companies have design guides that show you show to estimate heat losses from various surfaces. In this case, I suspect most of your heat loss will be from the pool surface to the ambient air.

Once you have a heat loss, you'll have to look at the heat source and its temperature to come up with a circulation rate that will depend how how much dT you can afford to those. Those temperatures along with your pool water will set the dT for the heat exchanger and therefore the size.

That will at least get you started in the right direction. You might also want to talk to some pool companies to see if they supply these type of systems, if so they might have some information for you.
