We have installed a machine which produces steam at the rate of 720 kg/ hr.
That steam is used for heating a juice.
Because of that heat the entire room gets heated upto 49 degree celcius.
Can any body tell me what is the heat rejection rate in kcal/hr so that we can fit AC in that room?

With only the information that you provided, no, nobody can tell you the heat rejection rate.

What form of energy is used for the heating? If electric or gas, the heat flow into the room is easy to determine however, a lot of this heat will be leaving the room by conduction, convection and presumably juice moving out of the room at a higher temperature than when it came in.

Engineering is the art of creating things you need, from things you can get.

yes the mode of energy used is electric for heating gas.

In the iterim, I would put a ceiling fan and open wide all windows.

can any body tell me how magnehelic gauge installed for HVAC across the filters works?
I mean to ask if it shows less reading what does it mean and if if it is showing high reading what does it mean.
