Heat Load Calculations

Can anyone help me with finding out what sort of equipment load a typical computer will give off in an office? I usually put the output down in Watts.
Also, I would love to find a website that goes in to detail with equipment loads (commercial) for offices, schools and the like.
I would appreciate any help,

Go to page 29.12 of the 2001 ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals. There is a Table 8 with all of this information. Other tables on the pages around here give typical values for a variety of appliances and equipment.

The CIBSE guide table 6.6 in section A6 shows a peak load of 187 Watts (average 116W) per machine (including display screen. A laser printer is shown as 150 Watts peak (98Watts average).

but load express the load calculation software for trane gives a 350Watt/computer and accerories such as screen ups printer etc.. whihc usally is good enough.
