In an electrical closet I have a 45, 75, 112.5(2) and a 150 kva transformers, 5 total. What figures do I use to calculate the heat gain for airconditioning?

The actual loses from the transformers will depend on the design and loading of the transformers. (temperature rise, core steel type) But if you use 5% of nameplate rating this will be about worst case. So about 25kW is the worst case. With lightly loaded low temperature rise transformers the actual could be as low as 5KW.

Hope this is helpful.
