Heat Tracing calculations

Hello all,
Does anyone know of a quick method or any reliable software to download to perform pipe heat tracing calculations.
Applications are as follows:
Condenser water pipes - 8" pipe with 2.5 cellular glass insulation.
Cooling tower make-up water - 2" pipe with 2" cellular glass insulation.
Cooling tower drain and blow-down - 3" pipe with 2" cellular glass insulation.
