Dear All,
we have a sulphur pit vent blower in one of our unit, and there is very high vibration on structure. the inlet and outlet piping carries sulphur and is steam traced. the rotating engineer is saying that the machine is ok,and vibration on his equipment is with in limit.
however , the vibration on the structure is scary and one can really feel it. And , one guide support was found broken near to the equipment.there are expansion bellows at inlet and outlet nozzles. the piping seems to be highly restrained. looking for advices ,
thanks in advance.
