Ok i"m new to the site so bare iwth me. Need a Helix spiral sheet metal .1875x2" that looks like the pic. I have tried a number of ways and failed. In this thread thread559-160215 they say to check out a web site but i can not get ot it it keeps saying operation timed out? But someone els goes on to say "that's a good point useing surfaces"? Can someone fill in the blanks for me and spell out what they are talking about. Or tell me a good way of doing it?

Thanks!
