Hello experts, I want to join the below base materials with proper filler wire. Could you please help me out,

Base Metal 1 - SA 106 Gr.B pipe with CuNi90/10 internal coating
Base Metal 2 - SA 790 UNS 31803 (Duplex)

I would have selected E309L as a filler wire if the joint was direct SA 106 to SA 790, but since I have the internal coating of Cu/Ni, I am a bit confused about selecting the filler wire.

This pipeline is for seawater application.
