HELP ! Cooling Electrical Enclosures

Guys

I have used & seen refrigeration type electrical enclosure cabinet units on machines made in the united states.
Does anyone know the makers of these units.

I have problem keeping these cool in a plant that has process using steam so there is a lot of moisture & condensation present
