Hello 789asd
One of the books that come with matlab is the "getting started" book. It is a short book (about 100 pages), and can be very helpful. If you want to go further with Matlab, there are other books. Usually those books exist inside the Matlab directory in PDF format. If you want help about a specific topic, you can type in the command window "help <topic>" or "doc <topic>", or just the "help" and "doc" commands.

Mathworks has great documentation online. There is an extensive set of self-study tutorials to teach you how to use the tool. Where you might struggle is learning how to simulate systems in your industry. That requires the school of hard knocks or a mentor with experience.
