I bought VBA for Dummies 3rd ed.
I'm trying to work through it, but having a rough time.
I think I need to know some API to get this.

Check out Under SolidWorks API Tutorials click Macros/Examples then see Example 7. Then write yourself a Visual Basic 6 program to link the data you type in and SolidWorks.

I am planning to teach myself SolidWorks API with Visual C++? I did not get any book up to now. The websites you give above is about VB, can you give me some websites which is about VC++, please?

Thank you very much.

Simon
