Incident report show that
-Incompatible Standard Scale for Document C:\Users\PONLAWAT\Desktop\1-2.CATPart. Geometrical Container cannot be loaded because it contains data with a scale (Standard Scale) different from current session. Change scale of current session in Tools - Options - Parameters and Measure - Scale.
-Problem while reading document. Load operation failed.
-File corrupted C:\Users\PONLAWAT\Desktop\1-2.CATPart
-Invalid data. No editor associated
-The document has lost geometrical sub-elements.

message is clear.

CATIA works with several geometry scale parameter.

They are not compatible with each other, meaning you can not load file define with different scale in the same CATIA session.

Change your scale parameter as explain in message in order to open file.

I don't know if you can change the scale of one file.
