Hola; And that is about the extent of my Español. It looks like the program is looking for a DLINK.RES file that it cannot open. IIRC, it opens this file to link the loads from PLS-CADD to the structural programs like PLS-POLE and TOWER. It looks like you are working in the examples folder on your C: drive.

I would check the preferences and make sure you are not trying to write to a locked folder. If this is a real project of distribution poles and not one of the supplied examples, then make sure you have write rights in the folder. On some new PC's you may not be the owner of the folder and will have trouble saving files in the folder. You may have to reinstall PLS-CADD to get the rights correct. Look for a utility called takeownership and you can make the folder behave like you own it. It works to revise the registry but your company IT folks may not like it.

I would call PLS Tech support and let them figure it out, assuming you have a current license and have access to support.

Good Luck.

Hola, ¿cómo estás?, thanks for your interest in the subject, this is really breaking my head, I have given all
permissions to folders as you mention, I've reinstalled the program too, this problem
only happens to me when I create the models with the PLS-POLE, when I create the model directly with the PLS-CADD
it does not give me any error, I attach the check model of the structure, and the screenshot of preferences.
I'm using the translator, sorry if there is any inconsistency.

It looks like you are working on some of the example problems. Did you install all the examples? Maybe some of them may require a file that you do not have.

You might try just creating a small pole model from scratch in PLS-POLE with a single pole and a couple of joints and see how that works. Start small and work up.

We have all the materials for our PLS hardware keys, but you can license just wood, or steel, or concrete. Do you have the correct permissions to create models with different materials? When you first start up PLS-Pole, the splash screen should list the options for your hardware key.

If you have paid for support with PLS, you can get eMail help or phone them with support questions. I don't know if they have any Spanish speakers in their office but I would contact them for real help.
