If I were you I would get in touch with the supervisor of the installation team.
He will be the best person to tell you all the details.
Every job has a unique structure and nobody can know everything, but the person who will do the job will be able to tell you all details you need.
Just give him a deadline date and he will subdivide all the works for you.
