Dear all.

I´ve read on a document about a material for cable insulation called: PRC.

What does PRC means?

Please somebody help me to get some information/properties about this material.?

Thanks a lot.

Well politically it would mean Peoples (?) Republic of China,
but I don't think that is the answer you are looking for. :)

Our local plastics expert doesn't know it, I'm afreaid, but it may be
something that has surfaced, since he left the business 15 years ago.
Or maybe it is not a plastic at all.

Do you suppose the spec or doc has a typo? Maybe PVC, which is very common as an electrical insulator. Just a thought. Good luck.
