Help with coding for text box into a default mail client

I need help putting a text box containing the email address into the default mail client such as outlook. The email coding I am lost at. I desperately need help. If anyone can help me, that would be great.

Are you using VB proper or an application that uses VB like ACCESS or EXCEL?
