Help with error message in NX 7.5 During Advance Simulation 1

I am experimenting with this new Advanced Simulation on NX 7.5, but after I got through the necessary steps and solve the program, I cannot view the results.
The "Analysis Job Information" renders the error message "SYSTEM FATAL MESSAGE 3000." What does this mean?

I am willing to upload the file if that will help you see what my problem is.

Actually I figured out I only want to do the Design Simulation. But thank you, I will definitely ask GTAC to look at it for me. How fast do they usually respond?

Depends. If you can get them a file/workflow which will reproduce the problem on demand, things can progress in a timely manner.
