Help with HEC-RAS (Studying the effects from removing a bridge)

Hello guys, i need a help with a project. So, i have the model from an estuarine zone and i need to study the effects from removing an existing bridge. I need to study the water quality effect
and other environmental impacts. All of this on HEC-RAS. Please someone help me. I can send what i have to you if you want to know more about. Look to the pictures. Ps. 1D model and Unsteady flow. Please, help me!

My teacher said that i have to create a new bathymetry for the bridge region after removed it, and make an study for the effects caused by this, i did not understand what he mean. If someone need more informations, i can send my project for analysis.

If you don't understand what your teacher is asking for, honestly the best person to speak with would be your teacher. You need to clarify with the teacher what they want before traveling down a road that may be in the wrong direction.
