Can you help a guy out please. What would be the best way to model this part. I guess I have an idea of how to start modeling it but it doesn't work out for me.

It's .024 thick 304SS. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Let me clarify a little bit of where my problem is. The angles are what's messing me up, that's my main problem in modeling this part.

All of them actually. I'm stumped as to how I should begin my model and how to add the angled parts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

See Attached Part...
Obviously everyone has their own opinions on how they would start. For this type of part I would create the overall size and cut away material were needed, then add the (2) 90° bend edge flanges. From there you can add your holes etc… I had a hard time reading your dimensions but you can get the basic idea from my part…

Hopefully this Helps...
