I am working on an industrial site that is being redeveloped where some contaminated soil was found--possibly equipment/fuel related or related to mining of lignite circa 1980s. Only one sample was analyzed from the material before it was over excavated--the area is not concreted and we are in the position to do a risk assessment...But, there is no data on indicator compounds, just TPH-DRO which is 600 mg/kg. No BTEX was detected as well as no napthalene--We did not analyze for PAHs unfortunately. I have no indicators to work with--little research on weathered diesel type fuels...Just looking for a fresh view so I though I would throw it out there--Thanks in advance.
