Hi!
I am new in this field. Actually, I am a data science engineer, and now willing to start working on digitalizing mining engineering field. This is my first project. Can anybody help with understanding granulation process scheme? Maybe not for free. I uploaded general overview scheme. I think first of all, I need to understand this scheme, but there are actually schemes of water process, and other schemes.
Thanks.

Hi.

This post is really in the wrong forum as it is not well used. Try the chemical plant design forum.

However what you're posting is a control schematic used by iterators to monitor and control the operation.

They are usually reviewed by the process engineers and created used PFDs, P &IDs and a process description with an iterating and control philosophy/ operating manual.

But start with the PFD and the process description.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Pelletizing is a very simple process that requires a crusher, such as a impact crusher, a pelletizer, a disc pelletizer, and a stick pelletizer
