i handed in my research plan to my professor, the title of my plan is cement stabilized Ariake clay added with fly ash and foamed waste glass.
Ariake clay is one kind of soft clay in japan, its water conten about 110-180, and the foamed waste glass is made of waste glass, it is produced under some special process,is a kind of light weight material.
but my professor asked me why u want to use cement to stabilized soft clay. i knew that it has some environmental question on cement stabilized sofe clay.but i must do my research as soon as i can, i must finish it in 3 months or i may not graduate in Oct.
Anybody please give me some advive!
thank u very much

With respect, why do you want to stabilise this soft clay? Where is it and what do you intend to do with it once it is stabilised? Is it for construction? Slope stabilisation?

There are so many variables and your post is a little vague. If you clarify your position then I am sure people will offer suitable advice - merely shouting for help may not work.
