Hi everybody
i observed high speed compressor with high 7x (1x,2x,...,7x). machine semiopen impeller has 7 main blade too.
this is my question: is it any relation? and what can rise all x?
(x means 1rpm of rotor)

I would tend to associate multiple synchronous peaks (1X up to 7X) with mechanical looseness of some sort. If there is a raised floor between these peaks, that would support a diagnosis of looseness, as well. What type of machine is it?

its integral gear type. but bearings clearance and also bullgear and pinion backlash was checked and found OK.
