In the modelling application, use the measure distance command and create an associative measurement. Right click on the measurement feature in the PNT and select "Display Dimensions" to show the distance measurement graphically on the model. I now want to hide the display of this distance measurement, what is the easiest/quickest way to do this?

I have tried the below and all do not work:

Rick-click display and select "Update Display"
View->Operation->Regenerate Work
Changing to Drafting app. and then back to modelling app.
Rick-click measurement feature and select "Display Dimensions"

The only way I found to get them to disappear is to make a component the work part and them re-make the assembly the work part.

I was sure in NX6 (not sure what version) that an "Update Display" or "Regenerate Work" made any shown measurements not show in the display.

I have to say that it appears that you've tried virtually every possible display operation one could think of EXCEPT THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! And that would be the simplest and OLDEST one in the book: 'Refresh' (or as some of us old-timers call it, 'Repaint'). BTW, you can also do this by selecting pressing the 'F5' key, so that should make it even easier/quicker.
