High frequency resistance welded finned tubes

Dear Members

I'm looking for a comprehensive standard stipulating dimension, tolerance and tests of high frequency resistance welded finned tubes particularly ones are used in HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). How deep shall be the amount of fusion depth between fin and outer surface of the bare tube as well?
I have some brief matters regarding my request; but they don't cover my need.
I'd be thankful for any assistance.

If there is complete fusion between fin and tube to guarantee heat flow, fusion depth is not a specified parameter.
