Hello,
We are facing an issue where a high temperature alarm for the oil inlet temperature occurs when the unit is not in operation. The oil temperature is normal when the unit is operating, so we believe this problem might be caused by heat tracing. Although the daily maximum ambient temperature was around 37 to 40 degrees Celsius, the compressors do not have this issue. Any ideas on how to analyze the cause and offer a solution would be appreciated.
