I'm pushed to design High pressure flange for hydraulic system, and the working pressure is 300bar, the requirement is that the body of flange to be little size but not like ANSI 2500LB class flange.

we know that GS HYDRO has such product.

I would be highly appreciate if who has such expierence to design such high flange and give me some information such as the method & equition etc.

Thanks!

Why design.
Do a search for SAE Flanges. The SAE high pressure design is good to 414 Bar.
The biggest problem I've seen with these flanges is using the wrong bolting, so be careful.

Clamp Type Connectors such as the Grayloc/Techlok brands are used widely at 300bar service. However, there are compact flange available used through 1000bar service available in the Energy Sector.

Further data can be found at

If using the clamp type connectors it may be difficult to match the mating connectors if purchased from different manufacturers. In some cases it's possible to buy the mating connectors and seal rings along with your components; valves or equipment nozzles for example. Some manufacturers claim to have interchangeability with other brands of clamp connectors but I have no information/experience to contradict or support.
