I am working on the design of a high pressure system that could go up-to 6000 bars (600 mpa) of pressure, being compressed by the hydraulic fluid.
in my system the cylinder walls have few fluid in/out ports that have to be clear passed by the piston, which posses a risk for the work ability of the piston seals. please guide me about what piston seals should be used in this system and what should be the manufacturing technique for this type of cylinder system.

Create a groove in the inside diameter and centered on the inlet/outlet openings. Create angled edges for seal leadin and leadout to the groove edges. This will remove the sharp edge created by the port intersecting cylinder bore.
