High Pressure Reducer up to 500 bars antifreez

hi

i must feed a pannel with 10 bars gaz from 500 bars (reinjection gaz on well) +(containing hydrates) !!

attempts have failed because of problems of freezing and clogging in the pressure reducer.


is using reductive cascade can be a solution ?

you may consider a pressure reducer as an adiabatic expansion,

adding heat or converting the process (for example generating some work in the process of expansion) may alleviate the problem.
