Has anyone come across strength measurements of C-22 (ASTM B619)or Inconel 622 as a function of strain rate? Would prefer non-worked condition.

I fall back on some standard work that was done for C276 years ago. Now that I say that I'll have to look for the data.
It was related to some slow strain rate corrosion cracking testing that we were doing. We wanted to make sure that we were at the most sensitive strain rate.
What we found was that we got virtually identical results at strain rates from 0.2/min to 10e-6/min.
Strain rates faster than 1/min did result in higher yield values.

I found an "Atlas of Formability" by the NCEMT group in Johnstown, Pa, which has some data (to rates as high as 20/s) but the lowest temperature is 950C. I'd prefer lower T data.

Carpenter has an online catalog that includes variation of the yield stress with temperature. From this, I'd expect the low T rate dependence to be similar to that of the austenitic SSs.
