I'm currently working with Pyrogel XT(a flexible laminate aerogel based sheet), I'm using it for it's extremely good insulation properties. The material is extremely dusty, which is not a suitable property for the application I'm trying to use it for(other than that it's perfect). Is anyone aware of some sort of high temperature coating(~260C)that will help fuse the dust particles together? I've currently experimented with polyurethane sprays, however they don't withstand the temperatures in my application.

Basically I'm insulating piping, but I need a permanent coating to cut down on dust.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
