High-voltage ammeter

Has anyone seen an ammeter suitable for high-voltage applications (can be placed with a hot-stick/universal adaptor) which reads not only amps but also displacement power factor? Any help is appreciated!

Since you can't do power factor without voltage, probably not.

David, that's not entirely true. Several manufacturers have embedded an electric field sensor in their recording ammeters for MV systems thus they can provide displacement power factor by measuring the time displacement between when the voltage and current magnitudes reach 0. I am wondering if any manufacturer supplies a "temporary or sampling" ammeter with this same functionality as opposed to using the recording variety. The recorders are much heavier and more expensive, my application would work fine for field checks with a "temporary" setup. "Temporary or sample" ammeters include HD Electric's HALO II or Hastings Loadspotter - I know there are others.

I don't do line work, so I was unaware of the possibility that a CT might be more than just a CT.
