I am considering pump options for a new hydraulic test facility i am designing. The pump requirements are 150 cfs at 10 ft of head. The only options i am aware of for this application are a bow thruster or a horizontal turbine pump by peerless. Does anyone know of any other options?

Thank you,

Does any other axial or mixed-flow centrifugal pump maker such as Goulds, Carry, etc., come into consideration?

Sure,
I am guessing it would be a special order, which should not be a problem, but would it be as efficient? Currently i am leaning towards the bow thruster option based on costs. but a bow thruster can not produce much head, and i would like to measure the flow using a venturi meter which would add about 5 to 10 ft of head to the system. I do not have much experience with pumps like this.
