High volumetric heat capacity ceramic material

I am seeking a ceramic material to use as heat store at 850C.

What would be the highest heat cap. ceramic?

Boron Nitride is a possibility at 3.1 J/cc-K, but iron and copper appear to be higher at ~3.5 J/cc-K
