Highly Emissive Surface Coating

Looking for a way to increase the emissivity of 1/16" sheet of aluminum. I've heard of some coatings I can apply but I'm not sure where to look. Also, do you know of any tapes avaialble on the market which can be easily applied to the surface of the aluminum to increase the emissivity? I looking for an emmsivity of 0.75 or higher. Thanks!

And what other requirements are there? If there are none, the Krylon 1602 ultra-flat black used to be used for "poor man's" blackbody paint:

Krylon seems to have moved on:

renaming it only as flat black

Alternately, you could just anodize the aluminum.

why do you need the high emissivity?
anodizing the aluminum will have a limiting emissivity of about 0.6 if quite thick
Sheldahl makes thermal control tapes
need to specify temperature range
do you need specific absorbance requirements?
