HMI reliability question

I know this is a PLC forum, but we use HMI touch screen computers to interface our PLCs, so forgive me if this question is too far off topic.

Does anyone have experience with Acrosser PanelPCs, especially in terms of reliability? We are considering changing to this manufacturers product after reliability issues with our current line.
