Hole asterisk not showing up, cannot change hole location

I create a hole and try to dimension the center point of the hole and there is no point or asterisk. I can dimension by the origin, which I never do, but then the dimension lines are brown instead of green. When I double click on the dimension and change the value, the value will change, but the hole stays in the same location. Never had this happen in 11 years of working in Catia.

Solved...!

I had changed the Pixel Culling in both static and dynamic to greater than 0. I changed back to 0 and solved the issue.
