Hello,
I am a mechanical site engineer, i have an urgent issue related to the tank i am working on...
1- what is the preferred sequence to weld the circular welding between courses ??
2- i assigned three welders to work on it, is that ok or i need more welders?
3- the QC engineer advised us to take segments while welding the circular, by welding 1 meter and leaving 1 meter, but after the welders finished , there was some misalignment between the first and 2nd course in plumbness , so is this better or welding continuously ??
4- while erecting the first course on the annular plate ( bottom ring ), i flushed the position of intersection between the first course and the bottom plate vertical welding , i flushed only the cap of the weld, about 2 cm each, but the client once saw this flushed areas , he got mad , so is there any related issue in the code or standard about flushing the cap under the first course thickness??
Thanks
