Guys,

Our specification ask for locating horizontal joints in walls and columns at underside of floors, slabs, beams, and
girders and at the top of footings or floor slabs. However length of walls are higher than the forms. Is there any limitation at ACI to place a horizontal construction joint line under beam line instead of making joints under beams where beams occur and under slab where beams does not occur.

And finally pour slabs and beams and sides of wall at the dpeth of the beams monolithically?

ACI doesn't do a whole lot of directing about construction joints. As long as they're not at locations of maximum stresses, they are OK with ACI.
Your location seems fine.
