Would like to know if Hot alignment is done first before MRT or done after

What is MRT?

I would recommend some sort of alignment monitoring.

Example: RotAlign live trend.

The computer knows where you left the alignment, after running you will have an idea of how each machine grows thermally.

There is of course the old stand by..... dial indicators and graph paper.....

Depends on whether the pump /motor are already connected.
If not connected align after MRT.
If connected pump / motor should be aligned prior to test after pump has been brought up to operating temp.
