Therminol 59 at 355 F.Please also provide some evidence like text book or rule of thumb.Because i need to convince my manager.

Agree 100%, zdas04 - OP, don't be lazy, do your own research - don't ask someone else to do it for you. Here's a thought for you: pump standards actually exist that could give you an answer to your question. You should try looking them up and reading them.
Just go look up the Allweiler NTWH series of pumps, they're designed for hot oil service up to 600F. Whatever materials they're made of are good for this service, depending, of course, on what your application really is.
