i have modeled a simple slab on concrete with Solid45. just a rectangular area very simple. after meshing i have a lot of elements. I want to apply a uniform load linear. p.e 15KN/m. i can't find a solution. the pressures are always applied on surfaces and are in KN/m^2
I have the slab and i want to apply a linear vertical load in KN/m

is there a solution...
?

THANK you very much in advance ....

Pressures are, of course, in units of FORCE PER UNIT AREA, and are internally converted within the code to forces on the nodes. However, you can convert your FORCE PER UNIT LENGTH (KN/m) to pressure (FORCE PER UNIT AREA) with a simple hand calc (given the unit area assumption).
