Hi,

there are probably not many university's/colleges offering an on-line MSc in remote sensing, you can do on-line GIS and open learning GIS, but if you find a uni that is doing this, please let me know!

The closest thing i`ve found is Old Domimion University(Norfolk,Va)!Hope this helps!!
