How can I use pressure, temperature data (by Fluent) in Abaqus ?

Hi.

I'm performing heat-exchanger CFD analysis by Fluent and
want to use pressure, temperature data in Abaqus Structure analysis.

I have no idea how can I use CFD mesh node data(pressure, temperature) in Abaqus boundary condition input.

Is there a well-known solution about it ?
