How do I calculate permeability of magnetic core? Where it is used?

I have taken two power supply inductors to create a project chief. I use the android application of coil32s in order to measure the wire rotations but there the relative permeability of the core is asked. I can't quantify them, I don't know. It depends on the content and core color.
Also, I have an AL value of 106 and an effective area of 250mm^2 in my ferrite C core

How should I use only these two values to measure core permeability? If not, how else do I need information?

That info is typically (easily?) provided by the core manufacturer... give 'em a call.
