There should be no difference as long as you use appropriate R and X for the higher frequency. R will be higher because of skin effect. X will be higher because it is proportional to the frequency (X = 2·pi·f·L). There is also a skin effect for X as well as the proportionality.
Alternatively you can utilize software for power flow like ETAP. Change the project frequency to 400 Hz and when you select 50/60Hz cables from the library, ETAP automatically calculates the new impedance based on 400 Hz. I have seen this application used for shipboard power systems.
