How Do I Get My File Pull Down Menu Back?

I was importing and customizing my User Interface. When I finished I realized I did not have a File Pull Down Menu anymore. I have tried, but can not seem to get it back. Does anyone have an idea on how to get it back.

I believe that "Assist, Customize, Menus..." allows you to add or delete any of the pulldown menus.

OK, I got the file pull down back up. Thanks.

Any ideas on how to move it back where it belongs. It is at the far right side of my pull downs, instead of the far left.

If you're using CUI (2006+), click on your Workspace; in the right panel, under Menus, you can drag and drop the menus to get them in the order you want.

If before 2006, use MENULOAD, and under the tab Menu Bar, you can drag and drop also.
