How do we get I(s) from L[sI(s) -i(0)] + RI(s) = V(s) in a RL-network?

Its the beginning of step 3 taking the laplace transform. I dont know how i can gett to the formule:
I(s)=1/R(1/s-1/(s+R/L)....

Ps I am honestly NOT a student on a university for years now and have no access to university professors.
I like this control engineering subject very much and am willing to work in this field in the near future.
