How do you fully constrain a Spline in Pro/E?

I have created a 2D spline in Sketcher. I would like to connect a circular arc at one end of the spline, and make the two tangent to one another. However, when I apply the tangency constraint to these two, it alters the curvature of the spline. I would like the spline to be fully constrained so that it drives the position of the circular arc. Is there a way to fully constrain a spline?

I have heard that there is a way to dimension the curvature at the ends of the spline (

I'm using PRO/E WF 2.0.

Thanks for the many replies. The best behaved solution (two different methods were suggested) that was provided:

Use the following 2-sketch method:

1. In the first sketch, sketch your spline.

2. In the second sketch, use edge on the spline from the previous feature

3. Draw your desired arc with one endpoint on the endpoint of the spline

4. Constrain the arc to be tangent using the following 2 references: first select the arc, then select the reference of the spline.
